DE SANGOSSE SLUG CONTROL SURVEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of CPM (and Kelsey Media) and De Sangosse and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
  2. Details regarding how to enter as published form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The outcome of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Only one entry is allowed per email address. Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. One winner will be selected from all entries received by the closing date.
  4. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within seven days of the close of the survey and their name and geographical location will be published on the CPM website. If a winner does not respond to CPM/ within 14 days of BASF being notified by CPM/De Sangosse then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and CPM/De Sangosse shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and CPM/De Sangosse shall be entitled to select another winner
  5. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s home address within 28 days of notification, unless the winner is notified otherwise, and the prize will not be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of contestants, illegal or otherwise.
  6. The prize is subject to availability and is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.
  7. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. Note that by entering into this competition you agree to have your name released should you be drawn as a winner of the prize.
  8. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail. The Promoter is CPM part of Kelsey Media, The Granary, Downs Court, Yalding Hill, Yalding, Kent, ME18 6AL.
  9. All entries are anonymous and data is collected so no individual responses can be identified.
  10. The winner agrees to feature in BASF publicity, including but not limited to, pictures and details in relevant marketing pieces both in paper and online.
  11. BASF accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the price (including, but not limited to, application costs)

WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

OUR TRADE MARKS ARE REGISTERED

CPM CROP PRODUCTION MAGAZINE and CPM are UK registered trademarks of Crop Production Magazine Limited. You are not permitted to use them unless we have previously agreed that you may do so.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Please note that if you have a dispute with us which cannot be resolved amicably, the European Commission provides a platform (the “ODR platform”) for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online contracts for sales or services.
