Position Overview

ProCam is currently seeking a knowledgeable, driven and motivated Crop Nutrition Manager to lead the development and implementation of its full crop nutrition offering, covering biostimulants, bio-fertilisers, foliar nutrition and main line fertiliser categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for setting and delivering the product strategy for the complete crop nutrition portfolio
  • Ownership of the company’s mainline fertiliser strategy
  • Managing and developing relationships with key suppliers to enable successful negotiation of product offers and innovation
  • Internal and external technical promotion of ProCam’s offering
  • Close collaboration with internal teams to deliver annual growth plans
  • Owning the forecasting and in-season monitoring of sales to ensure continued product supply

Requirements & Abilities

  • BASIS & FACTS qualifications
  • Proven agricultural experience with sound knowledge of crop nutrition
  • Ability to demonstrate success in sales and technical advice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Full understanding of the UK crop nutrition marketplace
  • Full awareness of current and future crop nutrition legislation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites
