Agtech startup, KisanHub, raises $1M to support next phase of growth for its Agtech enterprise software platform for farming enterprises
KisanHub has raised over $1million in its latest round of financing to support the next phase of growth for its agtech farming enterprise software platform.
The $1 million seed round was led by Notion Capital with current customer and strategic partner NIAB also contributing. These funds will be used for R&D, sales and customer delivery. KisanHub already has a user base of over one thousand farmers and multiple large enterprises.
KisanHub is helping drive a massive technology-driven shift in agriculture, both in terms of the growing of produce as well as supply chain management. KisanHub works at the intersection of precision agriculture, big data, cloud computing, machine learning and mobile to deliver clear decision points to agri-enterprises and their farmers – all through a SaaS platform that integrates with the enterprise’s needs and existing processes. KisanHub makes sense of disparate operational and agronomic data to simplify complex decisions to make agriculture predictable and profitable. This helps farming enterprises and farmers move from intuition-based decision-making to analytical decision-making, helping them grow more:use less.
